Governance

Directors
Nancy Bidlack, Cello, Director of the Senior and Junior Sessions, received her B.M. from the Manhattan School of Music and her M.M. from Temple University. She was a student of Harvey Shapiro, David Wells, and Orlando Cole. She is Assistant Principal Cellist of the Lehigh Valley Chamber Orchestra and assistant principal of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic and the Bethlehem Bach Choir Orchestra. For 26 years, she served as Principal Cellist of the Lehigh Valley Chamber Orchestra.

Jerry T. Bidlack, Director Emeritus, is a graduate of the Oberlin Conservatory of Music and Boston University. He is a retired professor of the Lehigh University Music Department and co-founder and conductor of the Young People's Philharmonic of the Lehigh Valley. He is an organist, harpsichordist, and composer. He was full-time conductor at Kinhaven from1968 to 2003 and was Director of the Senior Session from 1981 to 2003.

Board of Trustees
Kinhaven's all-volunteer Board of Trustees is composed of alumni, parents, and friends. The board meets at least four times a year. Its mission is to watch over Kinhaven's present and plan for its future.
